Sure it claims to keep your iPhone fully charged and playing movies for an entire trans-Atlantic flight, but that extra battery life promised by this dock comes at the cost of your phone’s pocket-friendly dimensions. And in addition to the massive rechargeable battery which takes four hours to juice up, this circular dock also features a set of 1/2-watt speakers for disturbing those around you on your flight, and a collapsible stand in the back for propping it up on a tray table. You can still make and receive calls while the iPhone is mounted inside, but you’ll have to use the speakerphone option or a bluetooth headset if for some reason you think holding this against your head is inconvenient. $129.95 from Hammacher Schlemmer.
